in a saturated gaming world how do you decide what to play, and why? what is gaming? how do age and the different stages of life influence those choices? if a game attracts me it has 20 minutes to convince me, otherwise : deleted. an investigation into these thoughts by a group of people, different ages, stages in life, relationship to gaming, different hardware, different backgrounds even different languages.

About Love, Hate & the Other Ones (iOS)
The title was intriguing - the game was not. It's just too simple, which wouldn't be that bad if there was a good enough story holding it all together. The angry black blob (hate) sends out little lightning bolts to push the neutral blobs away, while the black blob with a flower on it's head (love) attracts the neutral blobs. You use that mechanic to rearrange the neural blobs to allow Love and Hate to reach the exit (in the form of a red button for no reason....). To make matters worse it's got that generic list of levels to choose from that I loathe. Deleted.
